Ooh la la – C&C have 16 days to complete Burberry Paris Project
Having won their first ever overseas project at the Burberry Flagship store in Paris, C&C Catering Equipment have been given just 16 days from receiving the order to complete the 5th floor kitchen.
The food service facility is being installed to serve buyers and other clients visiting Burberry’s prestigious Paris showroom located just off the Champs Élysées. The project’s foodservice consultants, Tricon, have worked with C&C on a number of other projects recently, including Google’s HQ in London.
Paul Parry, C&C’s Project Director commented “Our project manager Keith Hartharn is already on site and we have had to carefully coordinate with suppliers to ensure the right European credentials to support our client.
“Any project that has a work window of only 16 days is always going to be a challenge but adding to that we will be working in a new country for the first time and in the busy heart of one of the world’s great cities.”
